Pool leak repairs require specialized knowledge, proper materials, and professional-grade tools. DIY attempts often fail because they don't address the root cause of the leak or use materials that aren't designed for underwater applications.
Our team has repaired thousands of pool leaks across the Greater Houston area. We understand the unique challenges of Texas soil conditions, weather extremes, and the variety of pool construction methods used in our region.
A pool with multiple structural leaks is typically an older pool that may need new tile and re-surfacing. Cracks and other structural leaks can be fixed by various methods. Our team will advise you on the best path for repair.
Structural repair services:
Structural repairs require careful assessment to determine whether a simple patch will suffice or if more extensive restoration is needed. We provide honest assessments and cost-effective solutions for every situation.
Pool returns are pressure line leaks and almost always require repair to operate the pool properly. Sometimes if a spa is built-in, the flow can be redirected and we can cap your pool returns, but this is not a good idea long-term. Approximately 50% or more of the pool plumbing consists of pool returns.
What we repair:
Spa returns in an elevated spa are by far the most difficult type to repair. Most spas have an airline for the blower (to make bubbles) which connects to a "spa jet body" that can have up to 5 ports/connections. The spa jet body is almost always encased in concrete and metal.
Why spa repairs are complex:
Spa return repair is very time-consuming and sometimes involves modifying the original spa, but our experienced team has the skills to handle even the most challenging repairs.
Many times we find the leak is actually at the bottom or in the intermediate plumbing off of the skimmer. When pressure leaks are detected at the skimmer, replacement is almost always required.
Common suction line repairs:
If you choose to have us repair your leak, we will provide a 2-year warranty on leak repairs and 60-day warranty on leak detection.
